The symbolism of Angelina's work is born from the street, the subway, a bus... daily life. Nothing calls more her attention than the common gesture and the profuse and contradictory images that we can find in any given corner.
"Clay has been my teacher, my love and my means of self expression. I work with paper clay (clay with paper pulp) which allows me to work very thin. Thus, I am able to produce characters and buildings from slabs, which I turn and twist to convey the three-dimension."
