Joan is presently working on a series of life-size full length figure paintings, which are designed to show the interior energy and beauty of the subjects painted. "We are greatly more than we appear to be, and that we have forgotten our full expression as spiritual beings" says Joan. Her paintings are her way of expressing this.
Joan's paintings hang in private collections in the United States, Europe and Mexico.
